IMOD Contract Overview

Department of the Army

The objective of IMOD is to improve the fiber optic cable and wireless communications at military bases and installations worldwide, integrating voice, data, cable plan and/or transmission products and services into a single, integrated communications system.

 

  • Host agency is the Army Contracting Agency, Information Technology E-Commerce Contracting Center (ACA-ITEC4), in conjunction with the Installation Information Infrastructure Modernization Program (I3MP) under PEO EIS
  • Open to all Army, DoD, and other federal agencies
  • $4B contract ceiling

 

Under the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Schedules program, GSA enters intoGSA Contract Holder contracts with commercial firms such as FPCS to provide products and services, at stated prices, for given periods of time. Contract vehicles or Schedules like these offer Customers direct delivery of

high-quality commercial products and services at discounted prices through a highly visible web based portal called GSA Advantage.

FPCS maintains a Multiple Award Schedule 70 (Information Technology) contract with GSA that provides a dynamic and cost effective range of communication products and services.

Network-Centric Solutions (NETCENTS) contract overviewNetwork-Centric Solutions: United States Air Force

The objective of NETCENTS is to provide network-centric information technology (IT), networking, telephony, and security, voice, video, and data communications commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products, system solutions, engineering services, systems hardware and software, warranty, systems management, operations and maintenance support, configuration management, training, centralized logistics and inventory management support, depot-level support, spares, and/or supplies to satisfy the requirements of interoperability, compatibility, and resource sharing of both government- and contractor-furnished equipment supporting the Global Information Grid (GIG) architecture. NETCENTS is designed as a flexible end-user solution to embrace diverse current and future network-centric IT requirements, ensure interoperability through standards-based technology, and implement the constant evolution of state-of-the-art technology and systems solutions.

  • Host agency is the Air Force, Maxwell-Gunter, Standard Systems Group (SSG)
  • Open to all Department of Defense agencies, including Army and Navy, and all other federal agencies/departments
  • $20B contract ceiling

Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE)

The objective of the BPA Contract is to provide the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center’s (FLETC) with the level of expertise and experience to design, construct, and transition a new Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) infrastructure, and to facilitate the facilities with move, add, change work and design, construct new OSP/ISP infrastructure to newly installed or renovated buildings.
